President: Jonathan Ang
I joined NCPA in order to establish and build my leadership skills within the field of community pharmacy. During my employment as a pharmacy technician at Rite Aid, my passions for the field of pharmacy grew considerably stronger. Community pharmacists are one of the first line healthcare professionals and their actions and professional judgments are pivotal to individuals’ health lifestyles. As a board member, I will have the opportunity to make a positive impact in the community and further advocate for the pharmacy profession.

Director of Legislative Affairs: Peter Vue
I joined NCPA to learn more about community & independent pharmacy careers. I choose to run for the position of Director of Legislative & External Affairs because once in pharmacy school I quickly learned of the many ways the law (or lack thereof) could be interpreted to hurt the practice of community pharmacy. Despite there being multiple perspectives of this issue, my stance of pro-patient & pro-pharmacy lead me to chair the position of Director of Legislative & External Affairs where I could be a voice for the foundation & success of community pharmacy. Raising awareness and being a champion of positive change for patients and community pharmacy is what NCPA & this position is all about, and I’ve never looked back.

Director of Business Plan: Brandon Sainz
Hello, my name is Brandon Sainz, I am currently a P2 from a small town known as Hollister California. I was given the opportunity to work in an independent pharmacy every summer in between years in Undergraduate University. From this job I was able to see how a pharmacy was run inside and out, along with giving me a great appreciation for how impactful a pharmacist could be in their surrounding communities. I saw the position of Director of Business Plan as a unique opportunity to get experience in the field of pharmacy that I would like to go into.
